Whew, March blocks are slowly coming together. I’m still refusing to tackle the Pershing block, because I love denial. I’m not quite ready for all of those pieces and triangles cut on the bias. I do have a deadline, though, as I’m hosting the March link up for the wonderful Gypsy Wife Quilt Along!
Last night I decided to knock out some mini-pinwheel blocks. These things are the cutest things ever.
I see a Pinwheel Quilt sometime in the future…
Oh, Gypsy Wife Quilt… I love you.
They are darling, and that blocking fabric is fabulous.
Those are cute! The first is my favorite though
I have the book. and I purchased lovely fabric recently that I think would be perfect for this quilt and will be adding fabrics from my stash to complement them. Now, I just need the space to sew which I don’t have… yet. My room is still a work in progress; but, I am getting excited because it is so close (to getting done).
Looking good!
I’ll say it again… I LOVE the fabrics in this!
Pretty, pretty fabrics. Now stop with the denial and do that block so you can brag about it!
Those pin wheels are too cute and love the border fabric!
love your blocks so far! i need to redo my pershing because it’s a bit off 😦 grrrr lol
Great progress!
oh that makes me feel better — I thought I may be the only one avoiding the perishing block. I wanted to work on this quilt over the weekend so I choose random things to work on instead of that one — your blocks look lovely
